Making an Account

So, you want to play Uwars! But first, you must make an account. This account stays with you and allows you to join the current round and, when applicable, Beta. This page will show you what you need to know about creating an account.

Where You Make One
Sign Up! It's Free
To create an account, first go to www.uwars.com.
At the middle of the page, there will be a sign that says: (Picture to the right)
Click it and it will bring you to a page where you have to enter some information.

The Information

The information you have to fill out is simple. You will need to enter the following information:

User Name What you need to log into the game
Your Email To receive your password and activation code
Commander Name What you will be known as in the game

After you doing this, check your email. Please allow up to 1 hour to receive your information but if it does not arrive in your Inbox in that time then check your Junk folder as it may have been put in there. This email will contain your sign up information, IE. your user name, commander name, and your password. Your initial password consists of a 6 number code. After logging in, your password can be changed by going to Account Settings option. Note: Changing your password requires an immediate re-log in. After logging in, you come to the Orbit Control Panel, which allows you to join the current round in progress.

In Game Sign Up

After choosing to join the round, you must make an empire name. This is the name of the empire that you'll be commanding. At the beginning of every new round, you will be required to make a new empire name, but you cannot make a new Commander name.

Have fun playing!
