Step 1: Log into your Uwars account and go to your front page. (the one with all your information on it)
Step 2: Click the "Game Forum" button on the far left hand side of your screen.
Step 3: Choose from the list of forums which one you would like to access. E.G. Fun & Games

The main reason for the forums, is simply to communicate with other uwars players as an alternative to uwars chat.
Depending on which forum you access, you will come across varied genres of threads.
E.g. Questions Board is obviously for game related questions.
It's a simple as that.
UTML stands for Universe Wars Text Mark-Up Language and gives you access to text formatting and adding images to things including forum posts, mail messages and alliance descriptions.
You will normally have the option to use the following tool bar to help you with your message formatting. You can use it by, for example, typing in some text, highlighting it then press the button circled to center it.![]()
Here is a table with the formatting options.

1. UWars prohibits discrimination of any kind, including, but not limited to, gender, sexual preference, race, disability or religious beliefs.
2. Posting graphics/links/text that could be considered pornographic or un-suitable for users under 18 is not allowed. Please remember there are younger people playing.
3. Excessive swearing and the use of terms un-suitable for a 13 year old are not allowed.
4. Impersonating Staff or other players for any reason is not allowed.
5. 'Begging' on the boards, i.e. asking gold, tokens etc., is not allowed.
6. Spamming is not allowed, which includes, but not limited to, posting multiple times in a row on a particular thread, posting the same post on multiple threads, posting pointless posts which include little or no content, posting purely to increase your post count etc etc.
7. Excessive flaming (also known as trolling) will not be tolerated.
8. Please post on the correct board for your topic.
9. Please use some common sense when posting and post with respect and courtesy.
10. Do not start threads solely for the purpose of criticizing an individual member of the board.
11. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
12. Do not over-use smilies. Over-use when more of your post is composed of smilies than text.
13. Do not post in an old, inactive thread unless you have something genuinely new and interesting to add to it.
14. Do not "follow someone around" because you dislike him, hijacking threads in which he participates in order to carry on your feud with him.
15. Do not change the subject in mid-stream. If you really want to talk about something, start a new thread.
